- Family life applications
- Children of long residence applications
- Adult Dependent Relatives
The General Rules pertaining to Family Life are set out at Appendix FM and Appendix FM SE to the Immigration Rules . At MAGNE & CO we have had long experience of these Rules and have a particular standing on the importance of collating carefully the prescriptive documentation required to submit a careful application.
Children who have been resident in the United Kingdom for seven years or more may apply to remain , and their families with them, if it can be shown that it is not reasonable for them to live in the country of their nationality.
"Dependent parents may be permitted to remain where it can be shown that there is no effective treatment in the country of origin."
