تقدمت إلى السفارة البريطانيه للحصول علي اقامه عن طريق الزواج وكان رد السفارة هجوم كاسح من الأسئلة وأوراق الثبوتية التي لم افهمها مع أنني درست في بريطانيا وعشت فيها في الماضي ولكني فقدت الأمل في االحصول علي التأشيرة.بالفعل تقدمت إلى السفارة البريطانيه بطلب الالتحاق بزوجتي وكما توقعت رفض الطلب للحصول علي التأشيرة. فتقدمت بطلب آخر للحصول علي تأشيرة زياره وتم أيضاً رفضها وكررت الطلب مرة أخرى وتم الرفض أيضاً وبعدها شعرت بأن الأبواب أصبحت مغلقه تماماً.
اتصلت زوجتي بي وأرشدتني إلى محامي متخصص في قانون الهجره وقالت أنه جيد و قدير في عمله ولم يسبق أن خسر أي قضية. وبالفعل قمنا بالإتصال بالسيد/ مجيان وتحدثت معه هاتفياً وشعرت بالارتياح معه وشعرت أنه محامي قدير ومصادم وفيه جميع صفات المحامي الصادق الأمين. فقررت أن أخوض هذه التجربة مع السيد / مجيان. وفي وقت قليل تمكن السيد/مجيان من تحقيق أول انتصار من خلال الحصول علي تاشيره متعددة لمده عام لي ولأولدي. ثم انتقلنا إلى المرحلة الثانيه وهي تأشيرة الإقامة في بريطانيا لي لأولدي. وبالفعل بدأ السيد /مجيان في طلب الحصول علي الإقامة في بريطانبا لي ولأولادي. وقد انتقلت الأحداث الي محكمة الهجرة الاداريه في بريطانيا. و بين شد وجذب كانت المعركة بين السيد/مجيان ووزاره الداخلية البريطانيه واخيراً انتصر السيد/مجيان في محكمته وحصلت انا وأولادي علي الإقامة في بريطانيا.
الآن أبنائي يقيمون معي ويدرسون الآن بكلية جلفورد قسم الهندسة، وأنا أقيم مع زوجتي في بريطانيا في حياة سعيده. الشكر و كل الشكر للسيد/مجيان و لجهوده العظيمة ،

I applied for a spouse visa at the British embassy, but they bombarded me with questions which I could not understand, and requested an endless number of documents although I’d studied and lived in Britain in the past. I lost hope of getting this visa; nevertheless, I submitted another application to join my wife in Britain, and it was refused as I expected. Then I submitted another application and it was refused too. After that, I felt that all doors were closed.

My wife called me and told me about a lawyer who is specialised in immigration law saying that he is good, competent, and never lost a case before. We contacted Mr. Magne and I felt comfortable speaking to him on the phone and my impression was that he is a competent and honest lawyer. So I decided to give it another go with the help of Mr. Magne who actually managed to achieve in a short time the first victory by obtaining a multi-visa for one year for me and my children. After that, we started the second phase, which was a leave to remain for me and my children. Mr. Magne submitted a leave to remain application for me and my children. After that, the case was heard before the immigration tribunal. Eventually, the battle between Mr. Magne and the British Home Office ended in victory for Mr. Magne; my children and I obtained a leave to remain in Britain.

My children live with me now and study engineering at Guilford College. And I live happily in Britain with my wife.
